Description: “Manly Board visits Gosford Hospital” details a visit by executives of Manly Hospital to inspect new additions and modern equipment recently installed at the hospital. The group included Mrs J. W. A Paton, Dr De Bryon Faes, Dr J. Nash, Ross Drew and R. L. Parker (board members), Mr A Spense and Matron Nixon. Following the inspection a luncheon was held. Attendees included Cr. R. M. Vaughan, Mr N. Boyce (chief executive officer), Matron Inskip and Deputy Matron Lowndes. The delegation from Manly Hospital were envious of the modern additions to Gosford Hospital.
