Image: Travelling in style is a patient of Gosford District Hospital, on the way to the new extensions. The steep grade of the underground tunnel between the new and the old sections of the hospital, led to the use of a motorised trolley to move patients. The new section came into use on Friday.
Description: "Patients Move to New Wards" details the task of moving patients from existing wards into Gosford District Hospital's newly completed section. Over 90 patients were transported with the supervision of Sisters Harrington, Ford, Heyward, and Caroll.
