State Shadow Health Minister, Jillian Skinner, says proof of this is North Sydney Central Coast Health Budget overspent by $100 million. Ex-CEO of Gosford Hospital, Neville Boyce agrees with having a local hospital boards as it is an "integration of community representatives with doctors and nurses" Dr Garry Nieuwkamp, Acting Director Emergency Services, agrees as well but would want the boards to have a stronger clinical representation.
