dc.description | "Hospital Staff Learns Decimals" details the several staff of Gosford District Hospital that will attend a seminar on Decimal Currency, for the Hospitals Commission in Sydney. Present will be Mr Neville Boyce, Secretary, Mr Ellis, accountant and Mr K. Cubis, senior pay officer. Attention is drawn to the changing of the Hospital phone number in anticipation of extensions. Figures released show a record number of babies born at Gosford District Hospital in 1965. Mr Boyce and Matron Inskip will attend the Annual Meeting of the local Hospital Auxiliaries, the first auxiliary being formed 21 years previously. The hospital has been granted a block of land at Bateau Bay for use as a nurses holiday home and nurses are already fundraising for the funds to build. | en |
