Hospital to Appoint Medical Supt." details the permission by the Hospitals Commission for Gosford District Hospital to build a Medical Superintendants residence on the hospital grounds. As new extensions are being built, a call for trainee nurses has gone out and tenders called for installing x-ray equipment. Four board members attended the recent Eastern Zone Regional Conference of the Hospitals Association of NSW, these were: Messrs R. G. Mathews, R. M. Vaughan, R. Tyacke and N. Boyce. Minister for Health, has given Gosford Hospital Board a silver trowel as a token of appreciation on the occasion of laying the foundation stone at the extensions. | en |
