Description: "$1,200 for Hospital" details the cheques given to Gosford District Hospital by the Gosford Ladies' Auxiliary. Presentation was made by Mrs A. Wicks (President of the Auxiliary) to Neville Boyce (CEO). Elections for the Auxiliary are as follows. Mrs A. Wicks (President), Mrs R. Edmondson (Secretary), Mrs V. Kirby (Treasurer), Miss I Dodson and Mesdames R. Miller, V. E. Templeton, E. J. Mattocks (All Vice President) and Miss I. Hodson (Publicity Officer). Main source of income was street stalls, mah jongg parties and the hospital trolley.
