Rapidly growing massive pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma of the bladder presenting with bladder outlet obstruction

Abstract

This paper documents the case of a 76-year-old man who presented with significantly lower urinary tract symptoms, macroscopic haematuria and recurrent urinary tract infections, there appeared to be a massively enlarged middle lobe of a benign prostate discovered, the surgical treatment and outcomes are discussed.
