Wyong Hospital Auxiliary Recipe Book

Abstract

To commemorate the official opening of Wyong Hospital and raise funds in support of the hospital, the Wyong Hospital Auxiliary created a recipe book from their home cook books. There are around 100 different recipes that cover an array of fish dishes, poultry dishes, savoury hot dishes, meat dishes, desserts, cakes and buns, biscuits and slices, drinks and sundry recipes. Illustrations by Lisa Massingham are dispersed throughout the recipes as well as quotes from Central Coast writer, Bert Shackleton's book "Karagi".
