Image: Mr Schofield, a registered nurse, demonstrates how the Hi-Lo bed works to members of the South Woy Woy Progress Association Ladies' Auxiliary. Auxiliary president, Mrs Joan Schultz, later presented a cheque covering the cost of the bed to Mr Paul Warwick, acting executive officer at Woy Woy Hospital.
Description: "Auxiliary's Gift" details a cheque of $710 given by members of South Woy Woy Progress Assocation Ladies' Auxiliary to Woy Woy Hospital for the purchase of a special adjustable bed. President of the Auxiliary, Mrs Joan Schultz presented the cheque to acting executive officer at Woy Woy Hospital, Mr Paul Warwick. Sister Shirley Day of Woy Woy Hospital noted the usefulness of the Hi-Lo bed.
