Description: "Hospital's $7250 Gift From Lions" details a cheque of $7250 being donated from Green Point Avoca Lions Club to the Gosford District Hospital. The cheque was used for the purchase of a Transcutaneous Oxygen monitor for the maternity ward. The cheque was presented to Mr Les Hannell, chairman of the hospital board by president of the Lions Club, Mr Bob Overdon.
