Description: Article of Images, Caption 1 reads: "TOP CENTREL: Pictured are the group of 17 women who were awarded 10 years service bars at the Gosford District Hospital Pink Ladies Auxiliary 10th year birthday luncheon. Founder of Pink Ladies, Muriel Westerweller, made the presentation of service awards. More than 100 attended the special luncheon, where Matron Lowndes praised "the terrific work" accomplished by the Pink Ladies, who have, over the last 10 years, become a vital part of the smooth running and efficiency of Gosford District Hospital. Caption 2 reads: Cutting the cake at the 10th birthday luncheon of Gosford Hospital Pink Ladies Auxiliary were from left, three past presidents, Vicki Garrett, Olive Thompson and Muriel Westerweller, with current president of the group, Ethel Daubney. Founder of Pink Ladies, Muriel Westerweller, BEM, also presented 10 years service medals to 17 members of the auxiliary.
