dc.description.abstractThis letter discusses a 67-year-old female patient who demonstrated an interesting presentation of granulosa cell tumour. Whilst investigative tests were inconclusive, her hypertension improved on treatment and eventually resolved after unilateral adrenalectomy. The final diagnosis was yielded by histopathology.en
