| Abstract: | This article details the case of a 77 year old man presenting with a gigantic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The patient had undergone a kidney transplant 25 years prior but died from other comorbidities before treatment could be carried out. Diagnosis and possible treatment options are discussed. |
